Please carefully read our terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. We may update these terms and conditions time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.


Returns Policy

It's important to all of us here at Ocean Rose that you really love your purchase! 

If you buy a product that you are unhappy with then we are able to offer you the following (as long as your purchase is returned to us in the the same condition 'as sold' within 21 days of you receiving your purchase):

  • Full priced items not including earrings: A credit note for the full value of your purchase or a refund minus a $5 processing fee.
  • Sale items: We do not accept returns on sale items unless required by ACL.
  • Earrings: Please note all full priced earrings will incur a $10 hygiene processing fee.
  • Please note we do not offer exchanges.

Credit notes are issued to the value paid, including if your item was purchased during a promotional sale or using a discount code.

We do not offer returns for change of mind on FINAL SALE items. 

This policy is in accordance with Australian consumer law

Any items returned that are not in keeping with the above will be returned to you at your own cost.

We recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Ocean Rose will not be held responsible for damaged or lost return items.

Please note that returns can take up to 7 working days to process. Please note your credit note will be valid for 36 months and can be only be used online.

 

Faulty Items

Should you receive a faulty item we will replace, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you have received a faulty item please email us at hello@oceanrosejewels.com with your order details and a photo of the fault.

You will always be refunded by the method of payment used. In particular if your purchase from our online store was made with a credit note or gift voucher then you will be refunded a credit note or gift voucher.

Final Sale Items 

Please note all items in our sale section are FINAL SALE. We do not accept  returns for incorrect size, dislike or change of mind. This includes all items that are reduced from their original price.
